Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. In the event that you need to return an item, please email carolyn@nurturespa.com with RETURN and the Order Number in the subject field of your email to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags attached, along with any original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, we will confirm if the return was approved. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label with instructions. Items returned to The Collective without requesting a return may not be approved. Once approved, items will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.


Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you received an incorrect item. Damage inquiries should be directed to carolyn@nurturespa.com and contain the word DAMAGES and the Order Number in the subject line of your email. 


Non-Returnable Items

Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned.
